are revised upper strut mounts available yet from Meyle? Don't really want to spend $140 /pair
if I can avoid it and get a decent product. I've got the cheapies now and they're shot.

Yes there are revised ones. Although they did not collect the inventory of the old ones from
distributors, so I don't know if they would still be selling the old ones or not. Most likely they are. The part # is the same 4A0 412 377 C. The only visual difference is where the part number is located on the mount. The old ones it was in the rubber on the top. The new ones it is painted on the metal on the bottom. See the pictures in the link.
I have two of the new ones in my car right now. I got them as "samples" from Robert Castro of Meyle. He doesn't have any more : ( They are going on 500 miles now.
