Front Brake rotors with strange marks

Hi. I just bought a 2020 Q8 with only 6k miles a week ago and noticed strange marks on front rotors. Is this normal? What may have caused this? Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks.

normal. that is how they look out of the box. those are the machining marks.

Strange marks on front rotor.

This is how the NEW rotors look like. Not in the car with 6k miles. Probably for some reason there were replaced.
