Bose Sym II equalization

Bose Sym II equalization
have a 2002 Allroad with a Sym II. Cant seem to get a ringing out of the front left chan. Have played with tone controls to no avail. Is there a Hidden EQ access on the Sym II. How to get? as pushing 5 and Power does not bring up anything. If anyone has a thought you can E mail me at: JETSF@AOL.COM Thanks
