copy jukebox music to sd card

can someone tell me how to copy my music of my music box mmi 3g hdd back to my sd card ? (backup)

What format are those in? There are lots of programs that can convert a file format to one that is acceptable if they are not compatible. I use mp3 for my sd cards

I believe the manual says that files to the hdd are one-way, you can't copy them off to another media.
