Does anyone on the board know whether the JL audio stealthbox for B5 Passat will fit the A4 trunk?

Does anyone on the board know whether the JL audio stealthbox for B5 Passat will fit the A4 trunk?
Here is a picture of the steathbox and how it fits into the passat. I'm thinking about gaining some trunk space by going with that route.

The A4 stealthbox is actually made more for the earlier (pre 99.5) A4's... the trunk contours of
the 99.5+ A4's requires some cutting for the A4 stealthbox to fit from what I have read here before. So I was thinking since I have to do a bit of cutting anyways, the stealthbox for the Passat would save me a lot more space and would sound quite a bit better (since it is a 10 inch sub instead of 2 8's).
