your S4 should be similar to the B6 A4s....
1 - remove aluminum trim. pry from wider side and carefully removing towards tapered end
2 - pop off plastic cap under arm rest
3 - remove ALL the screws: 2 under arm rest, 1 beneath bottom of door, and all the others under the aluminum trim
4 - pull out panel starting from bottom side and eventually pull up
