Has anyone converted the single DIN space (Concert) to a double DIN?

I did the Radio change and....
you will need:
1-Bracket that holds the Symphony Radio/Climate Control
2-A Symphony Radio
3-A new Climate Control Unit-with either heated or non-heated seats
4-A new Console(the trim that hides all the radio and climate control junk

I am mainly interested in doing this because I want a double DIN. Maybe it'll be easier to go all aftermarket since I'm probably going to get an aftermarket unit anyway.
