Just bought a 2012 Audi A6 and transferred my subscription and I can't get the Howard Stern Channels or other "Adult" Channels! Please Help!! Thank You in advance~

I'm only finding parental controls for DVD video playback. Didn't think there was parental control for Sirius, but if there is, it would be in the settings somewhere. It's always a good idea to factory reset the MMI when buying a used car, so you get rid of all the data and settings from the previous owner. Go to the main menu then Setup MMI (top right corner) and there you should find a menu item to factory reset/delete user data. That will restore all the factory settings. If you still don't get the channels you are looking for, then it's something on Sirius' end.
