Security Code for Symphony II System
Greetings.
I recently posted on my audio upgrade on my '05 S4 Cab and I am in the process of selling the Symphony II system. I have the manual/booklet for it, but it has not been filled out so I don't have a record of the security code.
I spoke with my local dealer and he says it is possible to retrieve the code, but the unit has to be installed and the car connected to the computer and it may be accessed this way through the internet. Do any of you know of another way to obtain or reset a security code?

No more dealer call in.
At one time we could call in with the serial number of the unit and get the code but Audi/VW has discontinued the service and the head unit does have to be in the car and the car hooked up to the computer.<ul><li><a href="http://www.clairparts.com">http://www.clairparts.com</a</li></ul>
