Software : How to Upgrade, What Versions?
I checked my 2015 Q7 software to see -
Software Version : HN+_US_AU3G_P0733
While my car was in for service I was given a Q3 and I checked the software there -
Software Version : HN+R_US_AU_P1001
It had discrete subwoofer controls and I want that since my car has a subwoofer.
I called the dealership and asked them to update my software and they said "will do".
I left the dealership and checked the software, no dice.
Why have no manufacturers taken the lead of phone manufacturers and app developers and have routinely updatable software?
