Event Notice - Annual Eastern Creek Karting GP
<b>Description</b>
The Club Audi NSW Committee invites all current and prospective members, VW Club members, promotional partners plus their families to join us for our annual GP karting event which is without doubt one of the most enjoyable driving events of the year!
For all you frustrated racing drivers out there - like us - we invite you to take up the challenge and enjoy one of the most pure forms of Motorsport on the planet. Anyone who has raced go karts for fun, or competition, will tell you of the pure untainted enjoyment, sheer delight and driving skill involved in the art of kart racing - it is just too much fun!

<b>09:00 | Meet and Greet |</b> Catch up with fellow member while we wait for the rest of the party to arrive at Eastern Creek International Karting Raceway located off Brabham Drive, Eastern Creek.

<b>9:30 | Event Begins |</b> Official welcome, registration, driver training and safety briefing
<b>10:00 | Racers - are you ready? |</b> it is time to kick the tyres and light the fires of your little go kart as the gloves come off (metaphorically speaking) and the racing begins

Mini GP Kart Hire - $200 per driver

Please bring:
The venue will provide helmets, overalls and wet weather gear to go over your clothes etc, however, members are welcome to bring their own equipment. The venue does recommend wearing jeans, a long sleeve top and fully closed footwear such as joggers or sports casuals. As the weather won't be too warm this time of year - even on a sunny day - jeans and a long sleeve top are highly recommended!
Sunscreen, insect repellent, picnic blanket, thermos
Plenty of water and nibbles
The event needs a <b>minimum 10 people</b> to proceed. Therefore, booking and payment in full is required by close of business Friday 8th July 2007. There is also a maximum of 20 drivers allowed in a group so do not delay!
Refunds will be made if the event does not proceed due to lack of numbers. If you book and cannot attend, a refund will only be available if a replacement driver can be found. This is due to the venue's payment policy with confirmed numbers.
