Default Need help: fine pain spray on car

Need help removing fine paint spray from front of car - looks like fine silver paint on my black 2000 S4. Not sure where it came from but lots of fine droplets(1-2 mm) on bumper, side fenders and little on hood. I tried a clay bar but no luck - any polishes or pain cleaners that might remove? I greatly appreciate any help/suggestions. Thanks. Art.

Get a more agressive clay, or try some solvents.
