Default I've been there once about 2 years ago to get an A/C recharge.

Service was ok but personally I wouldn't go to a dealer for service unless my car was under warranty. Their labor rates are too high IMO.

Default My car is 4 months old. Anybody else has any good/bad experience with them?

New job out by Dixie/Eglinton means they are the closest.

Default They have been servicing my cars for a long time.

Nothing but good experiences. They handled my engine replacement on my S4 with the utmost class.

I'd recommend them.

Any particular service advisor I should ask for or are they all good?

Deal with Rob Stahr in service. But generally they are all good.

Default I bought my '01 CPO from them

Deal with Rob, he knows what he's talking about.
Nothing but good experiances, just the minor expensive-cause-they-are-a-dealer complaints

Default When I worked on the West end they were my dealer of choice.

No problems. So far so good.

Default Bjorn is the service manager. He is a REALLY good guy.

I followed him from Queensway to Agincourt to Pfaff but never went back to him at Queensway where he ended up again.

He is very honest, respectfull and actually uses common sense.

Years ago I asked him what would happen to my warranty if I modded my TT (brand new 225T) with an exhaust, chip, suspension.... He said nothing as long as I let him drive it! Cool guy.
