Default chuck of ice flew off of a transport and took out my windshield

thank god it is only my company car and not the Audi with the luck I have been having this winter anyways I called them up this morning and the guy was actually pretty rude and said how are we to prove that it was our truck and told me to go through insurance well my deductable is $300 the windshield is going to cost me less than that any way I can get them to cover this ?

Seriously, why not claim it was Vandilism ?

I got mine replaced about 2 months ago for approx $300. PPG glass.

Default yea for sure I tried to move over as much as I could but there were cars on both side

as for the Vandilism I'm not sure that will fly with the company insurance

what do you expect? Is the driver supposed to stop every half hour to check for ice? Get real.

I can't believe you guys. Next you'll be looking for compensation if a vehicle in front kicks up a rock. Who ya gonna sue, the vehicle or the guy who put the rock on the road?

Did recall something on the news that if there are witnesses you could be held liable for it.
