Default Do not go to OK Tire at Northmount Drive in Calgary!!!

I just had 4 new winter tires installed on my 16" wheels and the 17" removed for storage. One of the 17" wheels now has 4 of the 5 spokes scraped because of the negligence of one of the "techs" (I use the term loosely). When I asked the manager about the damage, he said that maybe the wheel was damaged when they loaded them back in the car. No ****!

Of course he refused to compensate me even though he (his tech) is responsible for the damage.

So don't do any business with OK Tire at 900 Northmount Drive, NW in Calgary, if you value your rims.

Default Totally disagree with Rich

We take all our vehicles there. We have 2 custom, an exotic and the "family" car, we have been completely happy with OK TIre on Northmount Drive. I was hesitant at first taking my vehicles anywhere but the dealership, but after years of dealing with them, I could not be happier. Ask for Brian, he is amazing to deal with, and the tech named Jason is great. I think that Rich may have had a rare bad experience because I cannot find a crappy review anywhere else. Cheers.
