Any recommendations for a place to order winter tires from?

I know tire rack is cheap but the freight ,duty, and brokerage makes it the same price as local

Last couple times I couldn't find anywhere cheaper than Costco for Michelin tires. They do have a few challenges - hard to search for specific tires on-line (go to the store or call), they will only install approved size tires and the worse part is you have to show up an hour before the store opens (at least in Edmonton) or you end up waiting several hours to get them installed. I got around the last two by not having them install the tires (they took $12 off per tire) and taking them to Kal Tire for install.
