Check your bank accounts, my debit card got 0wn3d (along with eleven other people at the RBC on 404/7). Had $800 and $200 taken from my account early Saturday afternoon. Last time I used my card physically was back on the 18th at Blue Mountain for lunch.

I did get a call from RBC about this but you may want to double check regardless and/or change your PIN.

It's odd that 12 people at this branch was affected.

Debits are potentially far more dangerous, as they give the thief direct access to your bank accounts. That can really screw with your finances. Credit cards at least have another layer of protection.

Posted this on another forum and somebody mentioned that his wife and her two sisters also had their RBC card compromised.... chances of all three sisters using their card at the same place is very low or zero he mentions.
