I have always received stellar service from Luke in particular and TireRack in general. No problems here - only expectations exceeded by Luke and crew. Sorry you had such trouble, but it falls out of my normal range of experience and I generally place orders for my bosses and co-workers several times a year in addition to my own tire addiction.

I've routinely ordered stuff at 5:30 PM Central time and get it the next morning at 9:00AM via UPS ground.

All i am saying is that I probably placed a dozen or more orders last year (not just for myself, but for coworkers) and every one was received the next day.

Even the best quarterback is going to drop the ball from time-to-time.
