Jump-start our economy, create or save millions of jobs, and put a down payment on addressing long-neglected challenges so our country can thrive in the 21st century.
4 million new workers would surely be thriving.
Or maybe if business were given a $30,000 tax credit per net employee they hired....
Until the money is spent, its not to late to correct the mistake.
