Can't log in

I've tried resetting my pw numerous times, got the reset emails, followed directions but still can't log in. Also emailed the admins numerous times using the "contact us" link at the bottom of each page but have not gotten a reply. Out of desperation, I had to create this temporary user id to come on here and hopefully get some help from an admin. My original id is turbonator. Thanks.
