He is clearly the banned "Sandman" and is up to his old tricks.

Default They why don't you unban his original account. I don't understand your logic.
So by your reasoning, a banned person can create a new account to get unbanned?

Maybe I'm just not meant to understand and banning is meant to be meaningless.

We rarely ban a user and only suspend accounts after multiple warnings
