Default A question about deleting a thread...

How does one propperly do this? Every time I delete something I've typed in, there's always a red (DELETED) sign next to it, but I can still see the script. What's the deal?

Default Yep...you can see your own deleted threads.

I'm fairly certain that the mods can see them too. There are also instances (usually with tracked threads) where others can see the subject line but not the contents of the message. This usually seems to occur when you have replied to a thread that is later deleted.

The way I sometimes do it is to edit my threads before deleting them and putting a period in the subject line and nothing in the body. Then I delete them. I do think the mods can see the edits, but nobody else should be able to see the subject if you do it this way.
