Sort posts by date?

Hi, so I've noticed when I open a new thread the posts are sorted from newest to oldest, meaning the original post is on the last page, this is very confusing and no other vBulletin forum does this. Is there a way to change the sorting?

Click on Display Mode and select Hybrid Mode
