Trakced threads not at the top.

Trakced threads not at the top.
I tried to track three different threads. The tt changed to ut, but the threads are still in the same place. They did not move up to the top.
Am I missing something?

OK, maybe figured it out.
One of my tracked threads is now at the top, and I think it is because someone added a post to it.
Is that how it works? Is doesn't move to the top unless it has changed?
