Default Turn off sigs for new members

Kris, the site is under heavy attack from shillers and spammers.
The news forum and A1 forum are particularily bad.
It is nearly all sig spam.
I have pulled loads of links from sigs but its hopeless.
The forums are filling up with pointless and inane replies and pretend discussions.
We need drastic action.
Just look at any poster with a post count under about 10.

Please at least turn off sigs for new members for a start.

Turn off new "members" ability to post any link 'til they hit 50 posts, for example.

Shillboyz go away!!

As far as I can see its all shill marketing out of same country that want to "Maintain my computer". 50 is harsh but needs must.
I think we can spot them by about 10 posts. There are genuine members here for years that havent reached 50.
EDIT A first for me, I just banned a guy for whom Kris already deleted a post (suspected spam.
Guess what... he had an invisible sig link! I saw it in his user profile. Must have been white on white.

I turned off the ability for n00bs to put a link in their sig. Lets see if that helps.
