next to the edit/delete options, it says 'status locked'

i hadnt seen that on OT posts before.

It means you cannot change the status anymore

but a moderator can. I believe this has to do with a moderator making your post off topic.

I think this question has been answered a number of times as of late. Maybe the wording of the status needs to change.
