Looking for a Good Tailor in Orlando...

I absolutely agree....
I hire engineers. The smart ones show up in jacket/suit and tie. Some have been smart enough to casually mention that they feel compelled to dress well for an interview, then state that they will adapt to the dress code required by the position.
I think this is good approach.

Not in Orlando. .But I'd call the place that sold it and tell them to put yours in the front
of the queue and get it done.. If it is a reputable place they will do it. If it was a $139 suit, well, maybe not.

Men's Wearhouse tailors suits you buy there right away if it's just hemming the slacks
and adjusting the waste. If you need the jacket modified that might take a few days.
My cousin buys all of his suits downtown at that high end men's clothing store (Siegels?) and they tailor the same week.
I try to buy all of mine at Mens Wearhouse for the convenience of same day tailoring. Just buy their higher end stuff (Calvin Klein, Daniel Cremieux or Donna Karen) because their store brands aren't the best. My last two suits I bought on clearance at Dillards, but they took two weeks to tailor them.
