Just have the chip vendor chip a new ECU for you... You will just need to give them your VIN.

Default Hmmmm......

I usually have a bunch to sell....but not for 2001 drive-by-wire. Question is....why do you want a spare ECU? As long as you are in the club, the techs will be fine with you having a chipped car....but you will want to make sure you buy a quality chip that the techs approve of. There are some chips that techs do not like for various reasons. Email me for more info....

Default I'm not worried about the techs at Classic or Reeves..........

I want a spare ECU in case something should happen to the chipped ECU. My wife will be pissed if she has to drive me to work, while the 'new' car sits in the garage, broke. I know my role, "yes dear"

Default If one is good, two MUST be better , like your two Audis ;)

Actually want a spare as a precautionary measure, the car must run.

Default Do it at your next service

If you send the ECU out at your next service I will send out your ECU and give you a LOANER ECU till yours comes in. Also I am getting pretty good deals if you go with MTM. They are usually more expensive but I kind of like them.
