Just passing this along from Warren Brown's chat today...
He drives me nuts most times, but I read for tidbits like this-
"My problem had to do with Audi service. We had lots of complaints there. But I just spent an entire week with Audi in Germany (Munich, Ingolstadt, Neustadt, and at the Frankfurt auto show.)
Very revealing. Members of the company's board of governor's also don't like Audi's service in the Mid-Adlantic U.S. They were quite blunt about that, and they are moving aggressively to correct it."

On that topic: guy I met at an indy shop once brought his A4 in still under the Audi Advantage plan.
Told me he refused to go to the stealership for free service, and would rather pay out of pocket, because of the ****ty service.
