so you're saying that once I buy the pics from him I have full ownership rights?
I can use it to print a poster, let a friend use it on their website, etc? I can alter it in photoshop?

I was happy to see that us consumers have a CHOICE this wkend...
As a consumer, I want choices in the service providers that are available to me, as opposed to monopoly & 'exclusive rights'.
I've made purchases from BOTH in the past. The differences in quality didn't seem much to me, but then again, maybe I'm not as discriminating of a photographic evaluator as others.
Given that, F&S Enterprise and Sideline Sports Photography seem to approach their customer service and public relations from very different angles.
I personally like F&S's approach better and chose to give them my business in the past and the present. But for the future, I reserve my right to choose, and I WANT to have choices available to me... the consumer.

Someone relayed a conversation with him from the weekend...
She went over to check out the set up, pet the dog, etc. This woman is just about the friendliest person in the club, always happy, joking around, etc. Said to him, "Wow, you really got the primo parking spot here! How'd you swing that?" In a very nasty tone he snapped at her, "Well, I'VE got the contract with Audi Club." and left it at that.
Yes, I'm sure he wasn't happy about Ma&Pop being there. And what's sad is that he doesn't realize that part of Mom&Pop's success is his **** poor attitude that's driving customers away.

hard to tell from the pics meng...
- old pic is more front-on while new pic is more side-on (which reduced the APPEARANCE of body roll angle)
- the trees leaning differently in the background could play tricks on the eyes too
Do you have front-on pics of before & after? Art (pa from F&S) usually will capture front-on pics @T1...

i always give him credit for taking the pic, usually in the lower left hand corner of the pic, photo taken by ssp....but you own that image once you purchase it, don't see an issue with that, i'm not a copyright attorney so ymmv
