Not a big fan of Convienence, Ended up towing my car out of the shop, lost my belly pan, and subfram
subframe bolt was gone. the next shop i took it to. told me the previous workers didnt know what they were doing, the engine was loose, as well as the tranny. I never authorized an engine replacement.

Sorry to hear. Timmy really goes out of his way to make the customer satisfied and a repeat visitor
Call him up, and tell him what happened. I'd bet you'll be satisfied with his approach to correcting the issue.

Its tough not to look at someone spinning not just because its like a train wreck and you have to.
But also because you want to make sure where he is going to end up, which hopefully is not where you are. :P
