Need to Vag-Com for TMC in St. Louis--HELP

Hey guys I've installed my D-Nav with a TMC in my 00 A6. The nav works great but I'm wondering if you know of someone in the St. Louis area that has the Vag-Com software so that I can get my car to except the TMC.

Also anyone ever use the following tool with the Vag-Com freeware?
