Power windor problems

My driver's side power window stopped working on my 86 5000S. I took it apart, and found the cable had bound up inside the motor. I switched the motor with one in passenger door, reinstalled the old cable, and it doesn't work. I guess I need a new cable, but how does it detach from the window? If anyone has replaced this cable or has some expertise, please lend a hand. THanks.

C clip on the pin on the bottom of the window.
