Default Slide back the black plastic duct (blower motor on 85 5ks)

Okay, so I need to replace my blower motor. I recently got a haynes manual and started to tackle the job yesterday. There are two ways to do the job, take out the heater core (and thus the motor too) or just the blower motor. I opted to do the latter.

I removed the wipers and the plastic cover. I then removed the plug for the motor, the circlip, and the washer. Now, onto the the other side fo the heater housing. How the heck to do I slide the black plastic duct that connects the heater core to the (I assume) condenser? I can slide the thing like 1/4 inch at best. I can see 2 screws on the white heater housing, of which I have removed the one nearest to the front of the car. My haynes says to "withdraw the intake duct and air flap then pull the motor and fan out of the heater case."

Anybody been here before?

Default Nevermind, I got it...

Well, I had to drain the coolant and disconnect all the ducts from the dash side and a few hours later I replaced the motor. I was able to get the dang white heater housing exposed enough to do it. Tomorrow, I'll be reasembling the car to be ready on tuesday morning (with functioning heater)!
