Default hehe

it really depends on who figures out the course or work with the new mods first - obviously needs learning and Dan more often figure things out sooner - he's luckier =)

Default i agree, you have to change to live with the boost

better, no, aggressive handling will allow you to take corners hotter and keeping your rpm in the sweet(er) spot. you have to downshift to first and/or dip the clutch (sorta like an abuse, used sparingly (ahem, dan..)) sometimes - more often now with the T28 tan with my k04.
on track this is not an issue, if it happens then youre in the wrong gear =)

Default ReyHey also has DBW. nonDBW stage 3 is more responsive. I did ride in ReyHey's car and

I can help him count. Feels exactly like our 225 TT. One, two whoosh - oops time to stop

Default a concept I never had the chance to do, smaller dia. wheel/tire combo........

will alter the gearing/rotational ratio that may create a higher rev. level
allowing you to stay in 2nd. And in theory in the boost.

Thoughts?

Default well racing ANY car will bring up maintenance issues for sure...

Don't forget that chance of breaking the car at the track (rolling)

That's why people tend to buy something cheaper, and save money for mods and repairs..

If you're trying to avoid as many costs as possible, starting with the A4 is not the solution.

regards,
Liam

Default Actually not accurate. It is a STRAIGHT wastegate actuator arm to replace the curved one on the

orginal setup and there is NO change to the wheels to my knowledge. The original wastegate actuator was a curved piece to get around the housing. APR is now setting up all aspects of the GT25 in house and as such was able to get the actuator mounted in a more desireable position. The staright arm allows a precise setting of the wastegate so each kit is more exactly set in respect to one another. They were able to modify the program a bit based on the precision of the wastegate control and this allowed a bit more under the curve.
APR offered to upgrade the older kits for those who were willing to yank the GT25. I was and they did.
