My A4 got a face lift last Sunday.... here are the results.
Last Sunday Boston1.8T and I swapped my 3 1/2 year old OEM A4 front bumper for his 10 month old S4 front bumper because he needed to get his car back to stock before trading it in this week for an STI.
We did the swap in the underground garage of his apartment building so that is why the pics are so dark. The swap took about 3 hours.
Before (Taken in September - OEM bumper with S4 Upper grill and custom S4 lower grill)
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/75826/020_5a.jpg">
My front end with no lights and bumper:
(the fluid you see is some of the headlamp washer fluid that leaked out during the swap)
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/75826/dsc02107.jpg">
The two of our cars together (what a mess of parts and tools)
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/75826/dsc02108.jpg">
The end result - S4 bumper on my A4 - YUMMY:
<img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/75826/dsc02110.jpg">
I almost put his S4 rear bumper on my car as well but I decided against it just to give my car a bit more individuality and to avoid be called a total S4 wannabe.
The only piece I am missing (as you can see) is the S4 lower bumper grill. I will pick up one shortly.
I really love the look and for the money this was one mod that was a no brainer.
Thanks Boston1.8T. Hope the trade-in for the STI went well.

Yea sorry about the crappy pics. I'll talk more over the weekend.
I must say that it looks OK from the side. I have unpainted S4 Door blades on the car already.
I thought I would have had an issue with the side and rear lowers being unpainted but I don't mind it at all. In certain light you don't notice is at all.
Now had a taken his S4 rear bumper then it might have looked odd to see the front and rear painted but the side rocker panels and door blades not painted.
