Default (O) means brake pads low right?

i just got new pads and rotors, both front and rear, in december and yesterday this warning popped up (i searched the owners manual but they have this symbol with an ABS or a Brake in the middle, there are no words in the middle of the symbol i'm seeing...and as far as i remember it means my brake pads are low)...pads should definitely last longer than ~6 months (no more than 5,000 miles) right?

Default Yep...did you replace with stock pads? or Pads with the sensors embedded?

If you cut the wires because the pads have no sensors...check there first. It probably came loose.

Default replaced with Hawk pads

i don't believe they had the sensors embedded, i think that was the first thing Eli at Shine said to me...i'll check the wires tonite hopefully, thanks for the help...and just to clarify, 5k miles is not enough to wear through the pads i'm guessing (unless i'm running autox every day)

Default I have Stoptechs on my A4 and the light comes on while driving...

First off with a Big Brake kit the pad sensors are not even installed and the pads were 90%.. Could be caused by a faulty wire I know mine is. just a thought.

cheers,
Joel
