Where to go for catback install near Somerville?
I would like to do it myself, but I don't have any tools or jackstands...
I figure anywhere can do it, but the closer to Somerville the better, so I can get a friend to follow me and help me bring my stock exhaust home.
Lou's in Reading seems reasonably close, any other suggestions?

Your stock exhaust will fit in the car
It comes about halfway up the front arm rest. Not ideal for an extended highway drive, but it's not bad for shorter trips.
If I had jackstands, I'd offer up my help.
