Default 2008 A6 Quattro 4.2, drivers door lock actuator module replacement

I'm about to install a new driver's door lock actuator module on my A6 and I was wondering if anyone knows if the door locks need to be re-flashed in order to sync it up with the other 3 doors and remotes? any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Make your way over to the C6 forum here: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a6-...discussion-58/

To change the actuator, you shouldn't need reprogramming.

Hi Raj
I've forgotten how to post new questions here about my A6 so I thought I would reach out to you again regarding a coolant leak. Every couple of weeks I have to refill the reservoir per the warning light. I replaced the the reservoir itself because I thought that was the source of the leak but it still leaks. I've had it pressure tested a couple of times and still can't find the leak with no evidence of leaking coolant under the car. Any insight you have would be greatly appreciated.

Steve,

You post a new question by going to here: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a6-...discussion-58/ then clicking on the "New Thread" at the top of the page.

A coolant leak to be related to a number of things: radiator, hoses, thermostat, etc....read this and then follow-up, in my case there was a pin-hole leak in the radiator which was basically escaping as steam: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a6-.../#post25045796
