2016 A6 Prestige - Replace Rotors and Brakes at less than 23,000 miles?
I purchased a 2016 CPO A6 Prestige last September and have driven about 10,000 miles over the past year. Now the car has just under 23,000 miles and the dealer is telling me I need new front rotors and brakes. If that didn't shock me enough, the $1,662 price tag certainly did. The service tech said this is not unusual and that a lot has to do with the way I drive the car. I drive 4 miles to work on a flat road and I never drive the car hard. Those days are behind me.
It seems from many of the posts I'm reading this is a common problem Audi has not wanted to deal with. Has anyone had success in getting their dealership or Audi to cover this?

I have 28,000 Miles on my 2016 A6 and was told the same story by my dealer. Very surprised, i'd expect at least 35-40K miles out of them...especially for $60+ car.
