Hi, having a strange issue with our automatic gearbox of our A1 2012. Never had issues and the driving is fine, except only a noise first thing in the morning when you go up the ramp of the garage. But its only that, for a split of a second and it does not affect the driving or reoccurs during the day.
Last week we noticed an oil leak, from was told to be the breather... The black cap marked below...
The driving is still ok, although now we refrained from driving it.
We took it to our local mechanic and he is pretty sure that we need to replace the mechatronic, although he never saw a leak from there before.
Also when noticing the leak, no indication light was on. But yesterday when moving it back to the garage we noticed the warning light (round circle with an exclamation mark in the middle).
