Default Tranny leak, no go, fliud on ground

Audi a4 1.8t b5 I'm new here and new to Audi's. My problem is that the tranny slipped a couple of time so I checked the fluid and when the plug was dropped it shot out fluid. It hasn't done this in the past but I thought it was because the car was still hot. About a month latter the car was smoking going down the highway, then started to intermittently down shift. After getting off the highway it didn't have any want to take off. The next morning no go won't drive up ramps to check fluid and a lot of fluid on the ground. What causes the pressure and will a filter change fix this?
Thank you for your time

Default Stasis Engineering replacement parts?

Stasis Engineering racing suspension (Stasis doesn't exist any longer). I have a 98 Audi A4 Quattro with a full racing suspension. Does anyone know who sells replacement Stasis parts or an equivalent? Need sway bar bushings, etc.
