Can anyone recommend good hiking destinations around Capitola?

Planning a quick getaway on Sat...should be in the 60s...want to do some nature-ish stuff.

Go to the hills to the east. Forest of Nisene Marks, Soquel Demonstration Forest, etc.

These are also heavily traveled by mountain bikes so be aware...
