<center><img src="http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/us/we/52/11.gif"></center><p>So I think we might need to push the time forward to 4pm or so because the 1st floor garage is normally fuller then the 2nd floor (open to the air, hence rain). At 4pm the 1st floor should be pretty empty plus if it is raining there should be less people out shopping.
