Do it yourself carwah on the pennisula?
Does anybody here know were I can find a do it yourself car wash? The kind that I just put in a few quarters and has a pressure washer and foaming bushes (not drive thru)? They have them all over Colorado and I have yet to see one out here.
Thanks guys

Lower Peninsula: in Mtn View on Shoreline, across from the Safeway. Between 101 & El Camino.
Mid-Peninsula: in Redwood City on Broadway, just north of Woodside Rd.
Lower Peninsula: in SSF, on Hillside. Take Grand Ave. I think the cross street is Linden. There's also on off 280 in Daly City, across the street from In-n-Out. Eastmoor exit.
That should cover the Peninsula top to bottom. The Redwood City and SSF ones are the cleanest of the 4 -- think they're the same company.

If I was you I would drive to Rector Audi and go to the Auto Pride Hand Car Wash.
Don't look at the menu. When the attendant comes to ask you what color of heavy metal you desire you will reply "Regular por favor" $12.99 iirc.
When you go to pay ask for a frequent flyer card. And buy a bottle of Ozium.
Stand up guys, I bring my Mom's F355 there and the 66 912. I bring my 2000 S4 there on a regular basis.
I go to the one on Woodside Road because the 100 octane is just a block away at King's 76 station.
Hey, it's Woodside. One of the few carwashes where the guys actually know how to start and roll an F355 F1 . . .
If you go to Rector for service ask them to wash it . . . they send it across the street to one of three Auto Pride Hand Car Washes on the Peninsula.
There's one just south of Univeristy on El Camino in Palo Alto, one near King's 76 station (100 octane) on Woodside Rd. in Redwood City and one caddy corner Rector in Burlingame.
They broke a **** on my buddy's 996 instrument cluster, **** is not a spare part. Cluster = $1200. No problem.

http://www.insiderpages.com/b/3710994281</a
