FYI..I just got a call from Ottis at Rector saying that they had a 6-speed in.
I was considering an Allroad or S6 Avant before getting my A4 Avant. It ended up being too difficult to find what I wanted and needless to say, I love my A4. I would only get a CPO'd allroad because the airbag suspension makes me nervous. It also needed to be a 6-speed which ended up being just as hard to find as it was to find a reasonably priced CPO'd S6.
I think your offer is solid. Shop around. When I was looking, Ottis seemed ready to move on an allroad tip for about 10k under asking.

I'm glad to hear that. I'm still pushing for Recaros, but...
wifey likes the Combi (that Troy suggested) or Graco since they're much cheaper. We'll see who wins this debate.

Thanks for the suggestion and good advice. I did look around and found...
another Allroad on Autotrader (it has to be AT though) that we're interested in. Also, I have a potential buyer this weekend for the CLK55. If he doesn't like it, I may just do a trade-in pretty soon.
