I don't F'N get people!! One of the guys that works with me here bought his house at the peak of the
market. He over paid for it but split it into a 3 family and has people renting. Even with that he is still struggling.
After less than a year of having his house he tried to refinance. No go.
Last Week he went for a loan and once again No go.
He eats soup basically everyday I am guessing b/c money is tight.
He has a wife and a 2 year old.
Do you know what he just said to me 10min ago.
"Did you hear the good new? My wife is pregnant"
Are you kidding me. Another mouth to feed and if your not strugging enough lets make it harder.
He better hope Obama wins the election.

Actually it does. He tries to get me to approve overtime that isn't there to be had. He also uses
I have to take my kid here or there so I'll be late or leaving early or coming in late. Even when i know its a lie
Its not just him its everyone that puts themselves in situations that they know they can't handle.
Then do you know what happens. they look to the government to help them out.
