Default Just got the wife an 09 Jetta Sportwagen

We have been shopping for cars for a about a month and after looking at almost everything priced around 25-30k we are picking up a Sportwagen. She drove the car and loved it and the deal was not bad either with the Sign then Drive promo. Anyway now in the garage I have my 07 GLI the Sportwagen and then I have 5 months left with my 06 Pathfinder. I hope to have pics by Monday.

Default Once she drove it she saw it my way but she would not go for the 2.0T and we ended up with the 2.5

I would have liked the 2.0T but all in all this car will not be modded so who cares. Its moves just enough, and then this is going to be the kiddy hauler so no speeding

Default Did you get the SEL model?

we looked at it too. I really like the 2.0T but its an order only car really. We only got to test drive the sedan 2.0T GLI snce they had no others with the 2.0T. Really nice. Wife got the wheels to chirp. She liked it a lot with the DSG. A lot like my A3 but no AWD. Lots of space in there too, as much as our B7 Avant.

I think we're settled on buying out the A4 avant lease though. Just wish they'd deal on it.

Default We drove the SEL back in rochester and I loved it but the wife thought the Se was more than enough

To be honest driving the Se home today it was really smooth and pulled nicely. I am sure the 2.0 would have turned this family hauler into a wild ride thoough.
