I have a B6 A4 3.0 Avant and its been in shop for a month now. This is the third time its been in for the same problem and they cant figure it out. The car gets 10 mpg and its stumped everybody.

I remember alot of you S4 guys had problems when the car came out and I am hoping you can help me.

for my 1998 Subaru 2.5RS when my rear bearing kept popping out. After the 3rd time, I called this law firm and notified SOA headquarters that I was filing a lawsuit to get a replacement car...even though I already had like 15K miles on it. But nonetheless, it was still covered under the new car warranty. The law firm only required a $100-$150 retainer, don't remember. While it was in the shop for the 3rd time, they sent a "specialist" from SOA headquarters to see what the local Subaru dealer was screwing up and he fixed it permanently. Didn't hear much from the law firm after awhile since I was happy as a clam to be on the road again. But maybe 4-5 months later, I get a call from them asking me if I'd settle for a $1500 check and just call it quits on the lawsuit. So I pocketed the $$$ and went on my happy way. The lawfirm went after SOA for their fees so the only out-of-pocket expense on my part was the initial retainer fee.

BTW, the Subaru is still alive and kicking to this day with about 150K miles on it. My pops is using it as his beat around car. =)<ul><li><a href="http://www.lemonlawfirm.com/">http://www.lemonlawfirm.com/</a</li></ul>
