OT question for those of you who go to Hofstra.....
The buildings that don't have wireless internet access, is there a way to still connect my laptop to the internet? None of my class's are in the buildings with Wireless Internet... and also, where do you guys put your parking stickers on your car?

im just gonna do velcro on back of the sticker and mount it inside winshield
also most buildings have ethernet ports so just bring cat5 or higher wire with you.
lastly if you have sprint phone with vision just get the usb cable. thats what i use to go online all over.

well from what i saw diff rooms have diff set ups. they told me that the entire non-wi/fi buildings
were being converted so i do believe there is ethernet jacks avail.
do you plan on using your laptop in the classroom?
i never thought of doing that. figured it would just be a burdon.
